Abstract
A semi-square liner shaped charge cutter is a shape charge by changing charge structure based on two
cuneiform liners. The nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA was applied to complete the numerical simulation on the
semi-square liner shaped charge cutter under explosion load. The result shows that the semi-square liner shaped charge
cutter can form jet. The jet so-formed contains an initial process of gathering the second jet, of which the velocity has
increased by 33% or more than the first jet velocity. The jet velocity of linear cutter with semi-square liner is significantly
higher than that of the ordinary linear cutter, and the jet velocity formed will decrease with the increase of liner thickness.关键词
