Abstract
In expanded ammonium nitrate explosive production line, 1.5％ ～ 4.3％ of heavy fuel oil is added in ammonium nitrate dissolve tank, realizing the liquid-liquid mixing of heavy fuel oil and ammonium nitrate solution, the density of expanded AN is raised 0.04 g/cm3, and the sensitivity is increased 4cm. In the expanding process when powdery ammonium nitrate is introduced in a ratio of 6: 4 with expanded AN, the density of product could be raised further 0.08 g/cm3. The addition of 5％ mineral powder additive, and 0.2％ ～0. 6％ alkyl amine salt, the fluidity of the so-produced product is effectively improved.关键词
