Abstract
The factors affecting the emulsion explosive stability was analyzed combining the actual situation of the production line. Results show that when the rotational velocity of emulsion machine is controlled to 1136 ～ 1278 r/min,composite fuel replace single fuel, compound emulsifier of Span—80 and polyisobutylene succinimide (4:1) replace single emulsifier, the emulsion temperature controlled at 90 ～ 100℃, the chemical sensitization temperature in 48 ～ 50℃, the equipment performance, the material ratio and the technology conditions were ensured to keep a good match.关键词
