非那雄胺改善良性前列腺增生电切除术后出血的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of preoperative short - term oral finasteride on decreasing bleeding after transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate ( PKRP ) for benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ). Methods 195 patients with BPH receiving PKRP in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2011 were randomly divided into three groups. 65 cases taking 5 mg of finasteride twice daily for 1 w before surgery were served as 10 mg finasteride group. 65 cases taking 5 mg of finasteride once daily at the same time were served as 5 mg finasteride group. Another 65 cases without taking finasteride before surgery were served as control group. Continuous normal saline bladder washout time, indwelling catheter time and irrigated norm al saline volume were recorded and statistically compared among the three groups. Results Continuous normal saline bladder washout time in 10 mg finasteride group,5 mg finasteride group and control group were ( 33.85 ± 3.45 ) h,( 41.53 ± 3.62 ) h and ( 50.25 ± 3.92 ) h, respectively. Indwelling catheter time in the three groups was ( 125.44 ± 18.27 ) h,( 132.36 ± 15.52 ) h and ( 144.48 ± 14.89 ) h, respectively. Irrigated normal saline volume in the three groups was ( 8.23 ± 1.35 ) L,( 9.76 ± 1.32 ) L and ( 10.38 ± 2.24 ) L, respectively. All of the three parameters above were significantly different among the three groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Oral administration of finasteride for 1 w before surgery is safe and reliable to reduce bleeding in BPH patients after PKRP. Moreover, taking 10 mg of finasteride is of better effectiveness than taking 5 mg.关键词
