利用农杆菌介导法获得转cry2A抗虫基因水稻的研究
Development of Japonica Rice with Insect- resistant Gene Cry2A * by Agrobacterium - mediated Transformation
摘要
Abstract
Lepidopteran pests, especially stemborers and leaffolders, had obvious repulsionto Bacillus thuringiensis (BT) toxic protein encoded by cry2A* gene, so the pC -2A plasmid with cry2A * gene was transferred into the genome of rice variety Zhendao 88 by Agrobacterium - mediated method. Then the transgenic rice plants were obtained through Basta screening based on the tight linkage of cry2A* gene with Bastaresistant gene. The PCR and AGE analysis indicated that the cry2A * gene had been successfully integrated into Zhendao 88 genome. The field test showed that the transgenic plants had much better insect resistance compared with common plants.关键词
