水稻单片段代换系抽穗期QTL鉴定及遗传分析
QTL Identification and Genetic Analysis of Heading Date in Single Segment Substitution Lines

Abstract
Suitable heading date (HD) is the premise for rice to obtain the ideal yield. In this study,the single segment substitution lines (SSSLs) with late heading gene and Huajingxian 74 were used to develop the F2 segregating population. The differences in heading date between SSSLs and Huajingxian 74 were analyzed by t test and the QTLs of heading date were identified, too. The QTL was in the sixth chromosome identified with the threshold of P ≤ 10-6. The investigation results indicated that the F1 population showed early heading, while the ratio of early heading plants to late heading plants was in accordance with 3: 1 in F2 population, so the early heading trait was controlled by one major dominant gene.关键词
