摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility of continuous suture in laparoscopic myomectomy( LM ). Methods The operative effect and postoperative recovery of LM with continuous suture in 79 cases were compared with those of LM with interrupted suture in 73 cases.Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation tine of 79 cases with continuous suture were 28.03 ±20. 52mL and 45.73 ± 19.07 minutes respectively, which were significantly different from those ( 59.16 ± 15.23mL, 69.96 ± 30.52 minutes ) in 73 cases with interrupted suture ( t was 1. 985 and 1. 832 respectively, P ＜ 0.05 ). But the differences in postoperative exhaust time and length of stay between them were not significant ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion The LM with continuous suture has advantages of little blood loss and short hospitalization time.关键词
