Abstract
Objective To enhance the system functions roundly through studying of HIS reengineering. Methbods The existing process was restructured by information technology. The new process that was convenient, high quality, high efficient and low consumptive was built through reducing the links and getting rid of bottleneck. Results The process of system was optimized, which improved efficiency and patients' satisfaction. Conclusion The system reengineering is based on the principle of "overall planning step by step" and "one center, two securities, three platforms, ten application systems" . We dare to break the routine in order to innovative treatment model and provide fast, efficient, high-quality service for soldiers and patients.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal , 2011 ,32(5) :48-49]关键词
