摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analysis the relationship between amplitude of blood glucose excursions and urinary album in excretion rate in patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy were recruited. All the patients were submitted to continuous glucose monitoring system( CGMS) . According to the result of CGMS monitoring, the patients were divided into two groups: high glucose excursion group( 60 cases) and low glucose excursion group (68 cases) . To test urinary protein excretion rate ( UAER) by collecturine specimens. Results: ①UAER of high blood glucose excursion group was( 85. 5 ±30. 7) μg/ min, and low glucose excursion group was ( 67. 5 ±24. 5) μg/ m in with significant difference( P ＜ 0. 05) . ② Stepwise regression analysis showed that the standard deviation of blood glucose was involved in regression mode( r= 0. 206 , P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : In early stage of diabetic nephropathy patients, blood glucose excursions was related with UAER,which suggested that the blood glucose excursionsmay be the risk factor to UAER.关键词
