摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture at yuan - primary point and luo - connecting point of the heart meridian (HT) on deficiency insomnia and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) comparative evaluation.Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (39 cases) and control group (37 cases).Yuan- primary point (Shenmen) and luo- connecting point(Tongli) of the heart meridian (HT) were selected for treatment group,and oral drugs Estazolam Tablets were administrated in control group.The effects were observed after 4 weeks.Results:The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ); The side effects of treatment group were less than that of the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of acupuncture at yuan - primary point and luo - connecting point of the heart meridian (HT) for Deficiency Insomnia was positive.Better efficacy could be achieved with syndrome differentiation.Acupuncture treatment for Insomnia has less side effects than western medicine.关键词
