摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the perioperative management of complication in the diabetes patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:The clinical data of 560 diabetes patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The patients accepted treatment of medicine and insulin, and their plasma glucose was normal. Sixteen cases occurred postoperative complications ,fifteen cases were cured and one death happened in these 16 cases. Conclusions:The perioperative management of glucose should be strict for the diabetes patients with cholecyslithiasis who will receive laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The operating skills are also important to prevent complications.关键词
