Abstract
Objective :To explore the complications of the laparoscopic appendectomy (LA) and prevention strategies. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 58 cases of LA, intraoperative and postoperative complications were summarized. Results:Intraoperative complications of LA included 2 cases of appendical mesenterium hemorrhage, 1 case of intestinal electric burn and 1 case of subcutaneous emphysema. Postoperative complications included 1 case of abdominal abscess and 1 case of appendical stump leakage. Conclusions:LA complications are assocrated with operative proficiency and the severity of appendicitis. Correct understanding of disease severity and proficient endoscopic technique can effectively reduce the LA complications.关键词
