原发性高血压中医证型与血管紧张素原 M235T基因多态性相关性
Relationship between Polymorphism of Angiotensinogen M235T Gene and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Essential Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To study the polymorphism of angiotensinogen (AGT) gene M235T and its relation with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in essential hypertension (EH). Methods One hundred and twenty EH patients were diagnosed as four syndrome types based on syndrome differentiation principle in TCM, i. e. , liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome, yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome, sputum-dampness retention syndrome, and yin-yang deficiency syndrome, and another 30 healthy volunteers were selected as controls. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to test AGT M235T polymorphism. Results The frequencies of MM and MT genotypes, and M allele in EH patients were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P＜0. 05) ; while the frequencies of TT genotype and T allele were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P＜0. 05). The frequencies of TT genotpye and T allele in EH patients with liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P＜0. 05). There was no significant difference in the frequencies of genotypes and alleles among four syndrome types in EH patients (P＞0. 05). Conclusion The TT genotype of AGT M235T gene might be associated with liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome in EH patients.关键词
