安胃汤治疗胃溃疡的远期疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Long-term Efficacy of Anwei Decoction against Gastric Ulcer

Abstract
Objective To observe the long-term efficacy of Anwei Decoction, a traditional Chinese prescription for obstacles in stomach by dampness and blood stasis, and syndrome of heat pathogens tangling with cold pathogens, in treating gastric ulcer. Methods Eighty-six patients with gastric ulcer were averagely randomized into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treated group and western medicine treated group. Patients were administered orally with Anwei Decoction for six weeks in TCM treated group, and they were treated with anti helicobacter pylori (Hp) triple therapy protocol for six weeks in the western medicine treated group. The outcome indicators were observed and compared between the two groups, such as short-term efficacy, Hp eradication rates, ulcer recurrence rates 1 year after treatment, therapeutic effects of TCM syndrome, and adverse reactions. Results There were no significant differences in short-term efficacy, Hp eradication rates, and recurrent rates 1 year after treatment between the two groups. The cure rates of TCM syndrome were significantly higher in TCM treated group than those in western medicine treated group. Conclusion Anwei Decoction has positive short-term and long-term efficacy in treating gastric ulcer.关键词
