摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effects of Compound Yinxing Danshen Granules (CYDG) , a traditional Chinese medicine prescription for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and obstacles from the collaterals, and relieving pain, against oxidative stress damage in rat H9c2 cells in vitro. Methods Hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2) was used as exogenous free radical generating system to induce the lipid peroxidation damage of cardiac muscle cells. The protective effects of CYDG against H2 O2 -induced damage on cardiac muscle cells were observed. Results The method of methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) staining showed that CYDG significantly increased the rate of cell viability. CYDG could increase the activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase, and decrease the levels of lactate dehydrogenase and malondialdehyde in in vitro cultured H9c2 cells. dichlorofluorescein-diacetate (DCFH) labeling showed that CYDG increased the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in H2 O2-stressed H9c2 cells. Western blot showed that CYDG increased the expression of heme oxygenase-l (HO-1) in H2O2-stressed H9c2 cells. Conclusion CYDG could protect H9c2 myocardial cells from the damage induced by H2O2-oxidative stress, and increase the antioxidant capacity of cardiac muscle cells.关键词
