摘要

Abstract

Objective: To study the effects of buflomedil on the changes of cytochrome C expression in dorsal root ganglion neurons in rats of sciatic nerve lesion model. Methods: Forty- two SD rats were randomly divided into 3 group( n= 14) , the normal group, the model group and the buflomedil group, the later groupswere received saline and buflomedil 40 mg· kg-1 · d-1 respectively for14 d, then the sciatic nerve lesion models were performed. The expression of cytochrane C were detected by immunohistochemical method6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 3 d, 4 d, and7 d after the operation, respectively. Results: There was less the cytochrome C expression in normal group. After12 h of themodel operation, the cytochrome C expression in model group increased obviously( P < 0. 01 ) . The expressions of cytochrome C ni buflanedil group also decreased ( P < 0. 01) 12 h after the sciatic nerve lesion, but less than those of model group ( P <0. 05 or0. 01). C onclusion : There are a number of the cytochrome C positive cells in normal group in dorsal root ganglion after sciatic nerve lesion, buflomedil can down- regulate the expression of cytochrome C to perform the neuro-protective effect by inh ibiting apoptois.
