Abstract
The glucose kinase catalyzed the reaction, G(Glucose) + ATP → 6-P-G + ADP. In the reaction, glucose kinase belonged to the transferase. Therefore, the direct participating of ATP in the reaction was not the only condition used to judge whether an enzyme to be a synthetase or not.关键词
