摘要
Abstract
Along with the increase of population and flow of floating population, the problem on surplus rural labor transfer became more prominent, and the once potential contradictions also gradually surfaced,which brought a lot of negative effects to urbanization of Shanxi Province. In this paper, the present status and existing problems of surplus rural labor transfer and urbanization were studied and then the feasible proposals for improving the surplus rural labor transfer and urbanization of Shanxi Province were put forward based on the survey and analysis.关键词
