Abstract
Objective To control the cost in medical supplies inventory management. Methods The costs of medical supplies were controlled all around by centralized bidding, establishment of distribution library, zero-stock management, and whole retrospective methods. Results The quality of medical supplies was assured The backlog of waste storage was eliminated and the management skills were improved. Conclusion Scientific management of medical supplies warehouse could effectively control health care costs and promote the medical work [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011 , 32 ( 5) : 113-114]关键词
