Improved edge detection algorithm based on fuzzy morphology
摘要
Abstract
A new algorithm of fuzzy mathematical morphology for image edge detection is proposed. The algorithm combines the method of fuzzy enhancing and fuzzy mathematical morphology. It extracts the fuzzy feature matrix from the spatial domain with the linear membership function, executes the fuzzy enhancement with the sliding window technology, obtains the modified fuzzy domain, extracts the edges of the modified image by the multi-directions algorithm of fuzzy mathematical morphology. Experiments testify that the algorithm is both efficient and effective.关键词
