Abstract

During fracturing in Hailar Basin, it is found that the tuffaceous reservoirs have the features of strong and dispersive hydroscopicity, which will make it difficult to generate the dynamic fractures, influence the normal sand-adding, even lead to the operation failure. During the flowback of fracturing liquid after operation, the rock will be broken up into argilliferous powders to enter fractures, which decreases the fracture capacity significantly.Based on the geologic characteristic study of Hailar Basin, the compatibility analysis of fracturing liquid, and the statistical analyses of fracturing liquid evaluation, field tests and fracturing effect, the anti-swelling fracturing liquid with low filtration is developed. The field data show that the fracturing liquid used in the tuffaceous reservoirs is characterized by simple preparation process, high field operation efficiency and high operation success rate, which satisfies the fracturing stimulation demand of strong water-sensitive reservoirs in Hailar Basin and provides the technical guarantee for the further improvement of fracturing development effect of similar reservoirs.
