基于北斗的后勤应急指挥信息系统
Emergency-oriented Logistics Command Information System Based on Compass
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents the theory and method to build the system of command information in cmergency based on Compass, which will substantially alleviate the problems of natural disasters and joint command operation. Four modules are introduced ;the module of digital map,the module of satellites positioning information management, the module of navigation information management, the module of short messages mangement. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed system plays an important role in practice and ensres the running of command architecture.关键词
