摘要

Abstract

Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt ( PI3 K/Akt ) signal pathway is an important intracellular signal transduction pathway.It plays important roles in inhibiting cell apoptosis and stimulating cell proliperation.PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.It is a promising way to study the pathogenesis and therapy of liver fibrosis through intervention of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.This review briefly summarizes the PI3K/Akt pathway' s structure, intracellular signaling cascades and its role in liver fibrosis.
