维泰醇和紫杉醇抗肿瘤转移作用比较
Comparison of the anti-metastasis effect of alternol and paclitaxel
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the anti-metastasis effect and the inhibition of the tube-like structure formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells of alternol and paclitaxel. Methods SRB assay, scratch wound assay, gelatin zymography, ELISA methods, AO/EB assays and tube-like structure formation test were used to observe and compare the antitumor and antimetastasis ability.Results Alternol against melanoma cell growth inhibition rate and mortality rate were lower than paclitaxel,Alternol against melanoma cell migration, MMP-2 expression and the ability of inhibiting acknowledged formation slightly lower than paclitaxel. Results Taken together, the data suggested that alternol and paclitaxel have strong anti-metastasis activities. Alternol will be expected to become a novel. effective and low cytotoxic drug in the treatment of cancer.关键词
