Super-early comprehensive treatment of level Ⅳ～Ⅴ aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage( with report of 13 cases)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize treating experience of level Ⅳ-Ⅴ aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods The treatment of super early endovascular embolization, evacuationofhematoma and decompreesive craniectomy were applied for 13 patients with level Ⅳ-Ⅴ aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Then the effectiveness was evaluate by Glasgow (GOS) 6 months after surgery. Results One death, one vegetative state, four severe disabilities, four medium disabilities and three recovered well. Conclusions Endovascular embolization combined with microsurgical treatment can significantly reduce mortality and disability rate of level Ⅳ-Ⅴ aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage, and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
