兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型BMSCs超微结构观察
Ultrastructural observation on bone mesenchymal stem cells in steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head rabbit

Abstract
Objective To study the ultrastructure changes of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head(SANFH) rabbit, so as to investigate the pathogenesis of SANFH. Methods The SANFH model of rabbit was established by using horse serum combining prednisolone acetate, Percoll was used to separate the bone mesenchymal stem cells in proximal femoral, and transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure. Results There was large number of lipid droplets in the proximal femoral of bone marrow, and chromatin condensation was found in BMSCs; large number of lipid droplets and mitochondria swelling were found in the cytoplasm.Conclusions The probable mechanism of steroid-induced SANFH maybe influence aerobic respiration of cells and lipid metabolism of BMSCs by disturbing hematological system.关键词
