双环戊二烯解聚法制备高纯环戊二烯
Preparation of High Purity Cyclopentadiene by the Depolymerization of Dicyclopentadiene
摘要
Abstract
The high purity cyclopentadiene(CPD) was prepared by using industrial raw dicyclopentadiene(DCPD).The raw materials and cyclopentadiene obtained by the depolymerization of dicyclopentadiene were analyzed by gas chromatography with SE-30 quartz capillary column.The raw material was purified, then was carried out thermal dimerization at 120 ℃ and depolymerization at 175～180 ℃.The purity of cyclopentadiene obtained by this way is more than 99％.Cyclopentadiene is very easy to polymerize and the purity of it after long time decreases remarkably, so it must be used as soon as.关键词
