自蔓延高温合成MoSix/Cu复合材料中MoSix相的原位合成机理
In-situ Synthesis Mechanism of MoSix in MoSix/Cu Composites Fabricated by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis

Abstract
Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) was used to synthesize MoSix/Cu composites with different compositions. The microstructures and the phase composition of MoSix/Cu composites were characterized and determined by combining XRD, SEM and EDS. The effect of both nominal contents of MoSi2 and atomic ratio of Mo to Si on the phase composition of MoSi2/Cu composites was investigated systemically, and then the in-situ synthesis mechanism of MoSix phases was discussed. The results showed that MoSix/Cu composites could be fabricated successfully using the method of SHS, and their microstructures comprised four phases, i. e., solid solution α-Cu phase, solid solution α-Mo phase, MoSix and CuxSi compounds. With an increase of MoSi2 nominal contents and a decline of the atomic ratio of Mo to Si, the contents of both MoSix and CuxSi compounds increased obviously. The mechanism of MoSix in-situ synthesized in MoSix/Cu Composites could be described as a reaction between primary α-Mo particles and Si-rich residual liquid surrounding α-Mo particles, which is mainly controlled by solute diffusion of Si atoms in residual liquid.关键词
