Abstract
In order to raise the service life of lining for large sized iron ore ball mill, and improve the production efficiency, chromium molybdenum alloy steel lining was developed. It was compared with former lining material by means of laboratory wear test, industrial wear test, microstructure and TEM. It was found that the developed chromium molybdenum alloy steel had relatively petty martensite and high dislocation density. The carbide was globular and dispersed distributed in crystal. The lining was good in wear resistance. Former lining had bulky martensite, more brittle carbide. Fatigue stripping happened easily in service. It was observed easily worn out.关键词
