摘要

Abstract

Due to the inappropriate selection of processing parameters, defects such as shrinkage porosity, cracks and deformation often occurs in investment casting, that decreasing the casting qualification rate Aiming at features of processing parameters in investment casting, there were amounts of to be dealt with and interactions among parameters The FEM (finite element method) was used to simulate tilling process and understand effects of different parameters on filling process and predict potential defects Optimum of foundry plan is determined by multi-program comparison.Furthermore, the experimental results were compared with the simulation results and they were well accordant.
