Foxp3-6054基因多态性与变应性结膜炎的关系
Study on Foxp3-6054 polymorphisms in patients with allergic conjunctivitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of Foxp3 - 6054 ( deletion/ATT, rs5902434 ) gene in patients with allergic conjunctivitis and its correlation with the disease. Methods PCR - SSP was carried out in 63 unrelated patients with allergic conjunctivitis and 100 matched healthy control of Han nationality for genotyping of Foxp3 - 6054 ( deletion/ATT, rs5902434 ) gene. Results There was no significant difference in Foxp3 - 6054 ( deletion/ATT,rs5902434 ) genetyping between allergic conjunctivitis patients and controls ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Foxp3 - 6054 ( deletion/ATT, rs5902434 ) is not associated with allergic conjunctivitis.关键词
