Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of low molecular heparin in the treatment of acute progressing cerebral infarction.Methods Forty- seven cases of acute progressing cerebral infarction in our hospital from March,2008 to August,2010 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Tweenty- two cases in the treatment group were treated by subcutaneous injection of 5 000 units low molecular heparin once every 12 h and oral aspirin 100 mg once daily for successive 7 d. Those in the control group were treated by oral aspirin 100 mg once daily alone. The curative effect was evaluated by observing the improvement of patients' neurological deficit symptoms and the score of neurological deficit. Results The stop and improvement of patients' neurological deficit symptoms in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion Low molecular heparin can stop the disease progression and improve the neurological deficits effectively with less adverse reactions.关键词
