含硅多金属氧酸盐的抑菌作用
Antibacterial Activities of Polyoxometalates Containing Silicon

Abstract
Polyoxometalates α-1 ,2,3-K6 H [ SiW9 V3 O40 ], α-1, 2-K6 [ SiW10 V2O40 ] and α-K5 [ SiW11 VO40 ] and H4SiW12O40 . xH2O(abbreviated as α-SiW9V3, α-SiW10V2, α-SiW11 V, SiW12, respectively) were synthesized and characterized by UV-Vis and FTIR spectra. The antibacterial activities of the four polyoxometalates against common bacteria (Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, yeast, Aspergillus niger and Penicillium ) were studied by disk diffusion method. The results indicated that the four compounds showed different antibacterial activities on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, yeast, Aspergillus niger, and the antibacterial activity of Penicillium was relatively low. This study should give theoretical support for the usage of polyoxometalate as a fruit and vegetable preservative agent.关键词
