临床药师参与腹股沟疝修补术围术期抗菌药物合理应用干预研究
Survey of Clinical Pharmacist Intervening in Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics during Perioperative Period of Inguinal Herniorrhaphy

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists intervening in prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period of inguinal hemiorrhaphy. METHODS: 60 discharged medical records were collected from our hospital during Aug.-Dec. in 2009 (before intervention) and Aug.-Dec. in 2010 (after intervention), respectively. The rationality of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics was compared in terms of antibiotics indication, medicine selection, usage and dosage, administration time and treatment course, drug combination, handwriting of generic name, etc. RESULTS: After intervention of clinical pharmacists, the perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics was improved significantly in respects of medicine selection, dosage and usage, drug combination, administration time and treatment course, handwriting of generic name, analysis of antibiotics use in case history. The percentage of total drug cost in total hospitalization costs decreased from 27.66％ to 22.62％,and the proportion of total cost of antibiotics in total drug cost decreased from 20.88％ to 8.07％. Total hospitalization day of antibiotic use decreased from 2.38 d to 0.95 d. CONCLUSIONS: It is effective and practicable for clinical pharmacists to interven in prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period of inguinal herniorrhaphy. The intervention of clinical pharmacists contributes to the safe, effective, reasonable and economic use of antibiotics.关键词
