Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore the breakthrough point and working mode of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical work of oncology department. METHODS: Clinical pharmacists provided individual medication education starting from details of drug use through participating in clinical rounds, giving lectures on pharmaceutical knowledge, summarizing the problems of drug use and giving immediate feedback and enhancing communication with doctors and nurses. RESULTS:By mastering the guideline and chemotherapeutic drugs, clinical chemotherapy pharmacists participate in planning, carrying out and supervising over chemotherapy regimen so as to ensure the safety and validity. CONCLUSION: Introducing individual medication therapeutic schemes,paying attention to the sites of pharmacy monitoring in chemotherapy nursing work and providing individual medication education can serve as the starting points and working mode of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical work.关键词
