Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation of Anti-hemolytic granules and to establish corresponding quality standard.METHODS: The product was prepared using alcohol extraction. TLC was used to identify Scutellaria baicalensis, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Glycyrrhizae, and the content of baicalin in the prescription was measured by HPLC. RESULTS: The preparation was stable and TLC spots were clear and well-separated. The linear range of baicalin was 0.236~2.360 μg (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.01% (RSD=0.55% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The preparation process is reasonable and feasible, and quality standard is accurate and reliable for the quality control of anti-hemolytic granules.关键词
