HPLC法测定欧亚列当中松果菊苷的含量
Content Determination of Echinacoside in Orobanche cumana by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the content determination of echinacoside in Orobanche cumana. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. YMC-Pack ODS-A C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-1％ phosphoric acid( 10: 17:73) at flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 334 nm.The column temperature was room temperature and injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of echinacoside was 0.075 ～ 0.120 mg (r= 0.999 5 ) with average recovery of 98.83 ％ ( RSD= 2.20 ％, n = 9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and reliable. The results are stable and reproducible. The method can be used for the content determination of echinacoside in O. cumana.关键词
