Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of rutin, isoquercitrin, quercetin, chlorogenic acid in Morus ningra.METHODS: High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) method was adopted with 50 mmol·L-1 borax solution (pH=9.6) as buffer solution under voltage of 20 kV and temperature of 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.RESULTS: The linear ranges of rutin, isoquercitrin, chlorogenic acid, quercetin were 0.18~105 μg·mL-1, 0.15~100 μg·mL-1, 2.65~169 μg·mL-1 and 0.11~79 μg· mL-1 (r=0.999 2,0.998 9, 0.999 2,0.999 7), respectively.Average recoveries were 98.4%, 97.6%, 97.3%, 100.3%, respectively(RSD=1.1% ,3.6% ,2.1% ,2.6% ,n=9).CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid, reproducibility, accurate and reliable.It can be used for the content determination and quality control of 4 kinds of total flavonoids in M.nigra.关键词
