Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To compare the contents of volatile oil from Aucklandia lappa from different producing areas and the difference of chemical components. METHODS: The volatile oil was extracted from A. lappa by water distillation method. The chemical components of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS, and the relative contents of these constituents were calculated using peak area normalization method. RESULTS: The contents of volatile oil were 0.8%~2.1%. 46 chemical components of volatile oil were identified. The main components of volatile oil were lactones and terpenes, but there was a little difference in relative contents. CONCLUSION: The method can be applied to identify the quality ofA. lappa.关键词
