人手皮肤环层小体分布的形态学研究
The Morphological Study on the Pacinian Corpuscles of the Human Hand

Abstract
Objective To study the expression of S-l00 protein and MBP protein in sensory nerve of the human finger's skin. Methods The streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical method was used for the study. Results Dermal papilla ridges were below epidermal ridges. Both of them located in the skin side by side. Pacinian corpuscles located in the reticular layer of dermis and the hypodermis. Cutaneous nerves and sensory corpuscles were found in the blood vessels and the sweat glands nearby. Conclusion It is an effect method with S-100 protien and MBP to label the Schwann cell in the nerve fibers. The concentration of the pacinian corpusles in the area of thenar and metacarpophalangeal articulationis was higher.关键词
