Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of serum retinol binding protein 4 (RBP-4) levels in obesity pregnant women and pregnant women with GDM and to investigate it's impact factors.Methods Serum RBP-4 levels,TNF-ot,APN,were measured by EnzymeLinked Immuno Sorbent Assay(ELISA) in 24 cases of GDM with obesity,28 cases of GDM with normal weight,23 cases of obesity pregnant women without pregnancy complications and 23 cases of normal weight pregnant women.Meanwhile,FINS,FPG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were measured.Insulin resistance was estimated using the homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index.Results ( 1 ) FINS levels and HOMA-IR in GDM pregnant women with obesity were significantly higher than that of the other 3 groups.(P < 0.01 ).FINS levels and HOMA-IR were higher in GDM women with normal weight than that of non-GDM women group (P < 0.05).FINS levels and HOMA-IR were higher in the obesity pregnant women than that of the control group(P < 0.01 ).(2)Serum RBP-4 levels in GDM with obesity were higher than that of the other groups(P < 0.05 ) ,and serum RBP-4 levels in obese pregnant women was higher than that of non-obese pregnant women group (P < 0.05).(3)There was a significant positive correlation between RBP-4 levels and diastolic blood pressture,prepregnant BMI,FINS,HOMA-IR and TNF-α.Negative correlation was shown between RBP-4 and APN(P < 0.05 ).(4)In a multiple stepwise regression analysis, prepregnant BMI and TNF-α were independent variables of RBP-4(P < 0.05 ).Conclusion GDM is characted by insulin resistance.Whether or not with GDM,semm RBP-4 levels were significantly elevated in obesity pregnant women,and serum RBP4 levels were closely related with obesity.Interactions between adipocytokines may be involved in the pathogenesis of obesity or GDM.关键词
