High precision symbol timing estimation for FBMC systems
摘要
Abstract
In view of the low precision problem of conventional timing estimation algorithms for filter bank-based multicarrier (FBMC) systems, the paper proposes a high precision symbol timing estimation method based on the study of the statistical characteristics of transmitting signals and the theoretically quantitative analysis of the characteristics of synchronization training symbols that includes non-overlapping parts. The new method uses the transmission of same and sequential training symbols, the length of which is greater than the overlap factor of the filter, to make the system time-domain synthetic signal with the features of multiple delayed redundancy. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the proposed algorithm is better than traditional methods.关键词
