摘要

Abstract

Microfluidics-based immunoassays have become an increasing research field in recent years owing to their advantages of miniaturization, high throughput, fast detection and low consumption. Detection is an important part in microfluidics-based immunoassays. Recent advances in the studies of micro-systems and detection methods, including electrochemical detection, fluorescence spectrometry, ultraviolet-visible spectrometry, chemiluminescence and bioluminescence, surface-enhanced Raman scattering, fiber-optic sensor, surface plasmon resonance, thermal lens microscopy, colorimetry and other new detection methods applied in microfiuidics-based immunoassays, were summarized and reviewed in this paper. The prospects of the detection methods for microfluidics-based immunoassays were presented.
