Effect of Different Culture Conditions on the Carotenoid Cumulation in Rhodotorula benthica
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the effect of different culture conditions on the carotenoid cumulation in Rhodotonla benthica so as to determine the optimum culture conditions. [ Method ] With Rhodotorula benthica HN-3 as the test material, the effects of temperature, pH, salinity and culture time on the carotenoid cumulation in Rhodotorula benthica were investigated. [ Result] Under the optimum culture conditions of 30 ℃ ,6 pH value,3% salinity and 48 h culture time,the carotenoid yield in the shake-flask fermentation of Rhodotorula benthica reached 588.6 μg/g,which was higher than that under the initial fermentation conditions (478.8 μg/g) by 22.9%. [ Conclusion]The study would provide experimental basis for determining the culture conditions of caroteniod in Rhodotoula benthica.关键词
