摘要

Abstract

Objective A novel oxymatrine (OMT) micellar nanoparticles,which has ability to delay release of the drug and meanwhile to enhanre cytotoxicity against the cancer cells is anticipated to investigate in this study. Methods The better one between co - solvent evaporation method and high frequency ultrasound probe method is sifted to prepare the micellar nanoparticles for OMT,which would be evaluated its physical and release characteristics,cytotoxic activity in vitro and the stability. Results Though its stability remains to be improved,LP22-the hest choice in this preparation process by co - solvent evaporation method - releases was slower than free OMT and its anit - SMMC -7721 effect in vitro in a low concentration was stronger than OMT aqueous solution. Conclusion LP22 has certain sustained release effect and antiturnor effect in vitro as well as the potential to enhance tumor of liver accumulation.
