摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica ethanol - extracts,isolated by macroporous absorbent resin. Methods RP - HPLC method was used. The column was Zorhax Eclipse XDB - C18 column,with methanol - water as a mobile phase using a gradient elution,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,imperatorin was determined at 302 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature. Results In the range of 66 - 330 μg/mL.imperatorin was linear( r = 0. 999 8 ) ,with an average recovery of 99. 50％ , RSD = 1. 34％ ( n = 15) . Imperatorin content of 3 batches were 1. 01 ,0. 98, 0. 92 g/L, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and accurate for the analysis of imperatorin.关键词
