摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qishenjujue Tablets. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process by the indexes of the contents of astragaloside Ⅳ and total solid matters. Results Eight volumn of water, extracting 3 times with half an hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction process of Qishenjujue Tablets. Conclusions The selected technology was considered to be reasonable and feasible.and the simple method is fit for production.关键词
