摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop excellent extraetion technology of forsythoside A in leaves of Forsythia suspensa.Methods Extraetion efficiency of forsythoside A was chosen as index by HPLC.The optimal conditions were stndied using one - factor experimental test as well as orthogonal design.Results The best process was percolation method,the parameters were as follow:50% alcohol as solution,soaking for 24h and percolation speed was 0.5 mL/min,8 times percolation solution were colleeted Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is simple,stable with high extraction rate.关键词
