药师对国家基本药物临床应用的干预效果分析
Effective Analysis of Pharmacists' Intervention on Clinical Application of National Essential Drugs
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of pharmacists' intervention on the clinical application of the national essential drugs.Methods Through the self-controlled study, the applied indicators of the national essential drugs were investigated before intervention and after one time, two times interventions. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results Through the active intervention,the use proportion of the national essential drugs was raised from 25％ before intervention to 44％ after 2 times intervention. The sum of money of the national essential drugs use was increased from 6. 02％ before intervention to 15.56％ after 2 times intervention. The ratio of unreasonable application of the national essential drugs was significantly decreased from 7.33％ to 2％ after 2 times interventiom The average amount of money per prescription was declined from 71.20 Yuan before intervention to 51.03 Yuan after 2 times intervention. Conclusion The pharmacists taking active intervention help to increase the use proportion and amount proportion of national essential drugs, reduce the patient's treatment costs and promote the rational drug use in clinic.关键词
