The Expression Significance and Relationship Study of SDF-1 and VEGF in Glioma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of SDF-1 and VEGF protein. and investigate their relationship and significance in glioma. Method We detected the expresion of SDF-l and VEGF in glioma by using IHC in 32 cases. 8 cases in each level (Ⅰ-Ⅳ ). Results The expression of SDF-I and VEGF was correlated with tumor grade. Positive correlation between SDF-l and VECJF was found in glioma. Conclusions The expression of SDF-1 and VECJF may has synergetic effect and promote the occurrence and development of glioma. Combined determination of SDF-1 and VECJF may help to judge the malignant degree of glioma关键词
